A CPA Response Client Responsibilities

There are only a few key requirements that all CPA Response Clients must meet when setting up and running a campaign. Most of these are exclusively required at the beginning of the setup process, but once these are met Clients need to only provide daily batches of Partial Form Fill data and pay the CPA on all successful sales.

The following is a quick summary of what will be required during the set up of your campaign.

Set Up

Campaign Creation
Have or create an online marketing campaign that collects a name and phone number and supplies a record ID. The campaign must provide partial data in a volume that fits the CPA Response requirements.

Format Data Transmission
Set up a standard format for sending your daily batch of data, including a unique lead/record ID. The file will need to follow the same format each day.
In an effort to make the upload process hassle free, CPA Response uses a simple .csv upload to our lead management system.

Enable CPA Response Sales
CPA Response offers a variety of order entry options. From using our own PCI compliant system to integrating to your order entry system, CPA Response can do it all.

Ongoing

  1. Provide daily batch data files of Partial Form Fill data to CPA Response.
  2. Pay weekly CPA invoices for all sales generated by CPA Response.
  3. Inform and coordinate with CPA Response when any promotional details or change.
  4. Sit back and watch the increased sales process!
